Include additional fields for a contact name, physical address, and a second contact phone number.

Yes give a place to put a comment about the business or place to put extras contact information or discounts for residents. We have 2 business pages one is for residents BOBR-businesses owned by residents and then we have one for businesses that has done work for someone and they share it. Not only adding a comment box is smart to add for all the reason I stated above but it would also make my life easier as you see by my pics I had to make my own business pages.

Currently, the contacts page offerrs the 'Who', URL, Phone, and Email. It would be nice to have a field for the contacts address and a POC name field. The "Who" for my contacts is the Company Name and there is a character limit so sometimes I can't put it all on one line in the Who field.

The https:// in front of the website link makes the link unnecessarily heavy.
Could this be hidden in the "non admin" version?
Also, agree with Todd Anderson: adding phone number fields, instead of having just one, would be helpful (cell & office).

Additional fields on contact page for vendors

Hi. I like the contacts page, but would like to expand it for use with Vendors like plumber, handyman, electrician who have businesses that would offer a discount to our community.
So take the contacts page and add the following:
Company
Address
Logo (graphic)
Promo Code
Karran ONeal
I agree as well.

I agree, much more space needed for CONTACTS. Add'l phone numbers, fax numbers and NOTES!

I agree under useful contact information it would be great if there could be more than one phone number. We use that for our property manager and they have a regular landline with an extension, which can't be added and a mobile phone which can't be added. This feature would be useful. Thanks.

I also like having a blank page, usually called "Notes" for useful info that just doesn't fit into a very basic directory list.
Meredith Owens
Jacqui Bishop: I would recommend using our "General Text" page type for this, as it allows you to write and format the text on it using our flexible text editor. This page type can be used for many different purposes and is great for if you only need to add some text to a page.

Meredith Owens: However an "additional information" field in the "useful contact information" page might be useful.
For example, we may want to include business hours, or other notes that don't fit in the predefined fields.

Joseph Fry: I second the "additional information " field for exactly the reasons Joseph mentions
