This should be optional for the admin - Our What's Happening email is populated by our events and activities calendar as well as docs added to various pages - We don't want it getting too long. The WH email gets truncated by Gmail in the ios Gmail app as well as Gmail web app, forcing the viewer to "click to see the rest of the email". This forced us to make some changes to our events and activities calendar so that residents did not miss receiving the full content of the WH email.
