Why dont we ask for HOA for a meeting forum that works like "Zoom"?
Not all communities want the price to go up because they donot use it.

Nikki Charpentier: To clarify, adding this integration doesn't mean you'd have to pay HOA Express for it. If implemented, it would take into account if you have a free or paid plan with Zoom.

A ZOOM Integration would be great. We have been having our monthly meetings with Google Meet. I put the link in the Community Calendar for property owners to access.

I don't think integrating Zoom is necessary. As someone stated, just add link/details in the calendar event. Once one product is integrated, then some will clamor for other products, and don't integrate a product where hosting fees might increase for something all may not utilize.

It seems as if this is a popular concept - but it is solving a problem that just doesn't exist. Add the Zoom conference details into the calendar item and you're done.

This would be a great feature so we don't have to have 2 subscriptions for both HOA Express and Zoom. It doesn't necessarily need to be zoom, but a group conferencing capability

Mary West: To clarify, if we implemented integrating with Zoom, you'd still need to pay for Zoom separately. If you'd prefer not to subscribe to Zoom, they also have a free plan.

I added our Zoom link to the date on the calendar for our HOA meetings. This is a great feature for members to access versus searching through emails for the Zoom link.

Our HOA has a Zoom account. I created a Zoom Meeting page using the Calendar page option from which the blast email invite can be sent to members with the Zoom meeting hyperlinked in that message and hyperlinked again for when someone clicks on the calendar entry for that meeting. I am not clear on what more we can expect HOA Express to do for us.

If a Zoom link is integrated, please make it optional, perhaps with a show/hide toggle on the Admin Dashboard. Different states have differing rules around who may attend Board meetings, so not all Boards will want this feature.

Yes, please! With COVID restrictions on clubhouse capacity from our park owners, an EASY way to allow residents to e-attend HOA meetings (for example) would be great. We have the capability of setting up ZOOM participation, it would just be so much easier if people could access via the website!

Absolutely ! I am involved in other places/websites and some of those places use zoom not just for general board meeting, but also indirectly allow for voting (..which incidentally, is another feature I - and many others - asked for years ago).
