I agree with everyone here it’s very important for people to be notified in a timely manner. Not everyone goes into the site every day.

Just echoing what many others have said. Many of us use the News Article Feature for Announcements, and it important that we have the ability/option to blast email this information AND have the information posted on the website, currently have to enter the same information in two places in order to achieve this.

Would love for the revision date to be the notice date, rather than the original date of posting the news article, which makes the article appear to be no longer relevant or out of date.

At the risk of stating the obvious, as long as this feature is optional. I believe the general thread is there are times when we need our community to be instantly informed (obits, meeting notices, etc.) versus the articles that can be included in the What’s Happening email. What is the consensus if it has already been email blasted, on whether it will be included in the What’s Happening email please? Thanks.

100% Agree - we have the same need to not wait until the weekly email goes out and would like to have a "Send on demand" or "Send immediately" option when a new event or news item is posted on the site. This has been heavily asked for by our board to give more customization. Thanks!

Agree wholeheartedly. We are getting real-time notifications sent out on Forum posts but many members are missing important postings to Our News. We really need a way to send out email blasts when we post important articles to Our News page, or simply blast emails for every new News article.

Support this enthusiastically. We are all used to subscribing to news feeds and getting push notifications - why not here? We would consider this a really important capability during community emergencies. We just endured a week-long wildfire scare and this would have been extremely helpful.

Agree. It would be helpful for our HOA if we could send out a blast email from the "News Articles" page. We often include more detail in a News Article than we would in a communication from the Board, for example.
