Assign admin privileges to a group

Instead of setting privileges by individual users it would be great to be able to set them by the groups that I have created. This way when they register online in their respective group it’s all done. Right now when I have board members register then I still have to go find the new member and add their privileges separate. Also I have to go searching for old members and remove the privileges.

Ability to add privileges for groups

I have lots of roles like Planning Committee organizer or Road Committee Organizer that changes from time to time. I would like to be able to grant privileges to the Group instead of the individual. That way the new committee organizer can just be added to the group and the old one removed and privileges work appropriately

Last week I realized there was no access privileges to make changes to the community Calendar. Being able to grant a designated “group” to edit the Calendar would be beneficial.

Michael Kammer: This is currently available via our page editors feature! You can read more about how to grant a group editing privileges for a calendar in the following help article: https://help.hoa-express.com/en/articles/2353902-adding-page-editors

Meredith Owens: Excellent, and appreciate the feedback.

Mackal Smith: To clarify, would you like to grant the group access to manage particular pages or manage other areas of your website (e.g., sending out emails, creating surveys, etc.)?
Hans-Volker Schyma
Meredith Owens: For us, sending e-mails has the highest priority, but adding events to the calendar would be great as well.

Assign administrative privileges to a group

Currently, when there is a member request, all the board members get an email notification for approval. Is it possible to channel those requests to only a designated group (membership committee)?
John Howard
Isn't this the way it works now? When you assign privileges you get to see Basic, Groups, Account Types and Members. I regularly assign privileges to the Board+PM group.

John Howard: Currently, administrative privileges can only be granted to individual members.

I'd like to expand on this option, I'd like to give our Board Member Group Communication rights to send emails out to only the Board Member Group, or maybe a certain committee but not to the entire membership.

Kim Wilcox: Since this is a separate feature request, I've created a new post for this and added your vote there. You can view this new post here:
