Previously, What’s Happening emails would always begin with the introductory text: “Check out these upcoming events and newly posted items…” Going forward, What’s Happening emails will dynamically choose between “upcoming events,” “newly posted items,” and “upcoming events and newly posted items” based on the content included below the intro.
For example, if there are no upcoming events, “upcoming events” won’t be mentioned in the intro. Conversely, if there are only upcoming events and no new items, then “newly posted items” won’t be mentioned in the intro.
