Time is incorrectly changed on forms submission from what is entered

On one of our forms, we require a date/time entry. When a user submits the form, the automatic email that is sent has the correct date and time. But when we go into submissions to review the entry, the information is not correct. This started happening when you rolled out the new upgrade where everything is done from the admin page. For example, we are on EST (-5:00 GMT). When the user enters 11:00 AM on the form, the email shows 11:00 AM which is correct. The form on the submissions page shows 6:00 AM which is wrong. The submissions form should not adjust the time since the user would be entering local time and not GMT.

I'm not sure what you are referring to. The only dates/time entered would be for an event at the HOA. What form on the submissions page are you referring to? By the way, posting a calendar event was much easier prior to the "upgrade".

Debbie Flinner: This behavior occurred on a "Custom form" on their website that had a date and time element added. Our engineering team is currently looking into this bug.
As for your feedback about adding a calendar event using the enahnced page managemenet experience in the Admin Portal, please reach out to our customer success team for assistance with this! We'd be happy to walk you through those steps. https://help.hoa-express.com/en/articles/2390052-contact-our-customer-success-team
