Text Editor Reformatting Zoom Meeting IDs

When pasting a zoom meeting notice to the calendar and sending as a blast email the meeting ids are reformatted incorrectly. I tried typing it in manually, however it still comes out wrong.

I have the exact same problem. I’ve found that if I upload a document with the zoom link, I can hope to have at least a 50/50 chance that my attendees will use that link (and I know that one works!)

Ron Hibbeln: Would you be able to email our team the information that I requested from Marcia below? We haven't been able to recreate this behavior yet, so that would be helpful in allowing our team to investigate this further.

Marcia Koury: I'm afraid we haven't been able to recreate this behavior in our testing. We copied a Zoom conference's information to join from their email and pasted that into the simplified editor for sending blast emails in the Admin Portal. Both in the editor and the email sent, the formatting remained the same.
Did you only experience this behavior for that specific event's information, or does that happen with other ones too?

Meredith Owens, it’s the only meeting we have set up now, in both the blast email and the calendar notes section it was pasted at the bottom of existing text.

Marcia Koury: I tested this using the Zoom information shared on your calendar event. Since it was added to an attached PDF on the event, when I copied and pasted that into a blast email draft, the formatting looked the same.
If you still have the email where you copied the Zoom join information from, please email that to our customer success team. I can attempt to recreate it one more time with that provided format.

Marcia Koury: Would you please elaborate on how that information was formatted incorrectly in the announcement email? Also, did the formatting appear differently in the email that was sent versus what was in the editor?
