Table content extending to the right into side panel

We have been using tables for some time. Recently, the content of the table is extending to the right into the side panel and overlaying some of the side panel content.

I'm on Windows 11 - Home using Microsoft Edge browser. All updates have been applied so I'm on the latest version of both. I have come across 2 pages thus far with tables overlapping with the side panel: "Backlog of Items for Board", and "Paperless Opt-In Form". Worth noting, the table on the "House Sales" page does not overlap.
