I am noticing recently that, though logged in, certain page loads will only show public pages for our site versus all pages (even though I am logged in). I have both admin and resident rights, so I am not sure if this is affecting those with resident-only rights but they will not know to refresh.

Yes. I was wonder what happened. I had the same experience. Only when I went to a previous link that was showing everything did the missing pages appear.

Tony Elliott: More information on what we've found so far regarding this issue is provided below. In the meantime, if you refresh the page on your browser, all pages should display!

Meredith Owens yes. A refresh does do it I think.

Recently, when accessing our community website, the first time I access it doesn't show that I have priviledges, but a quick refresh of my browser allows the full site to be accessible. I tried clearing my cache on my computer, but I just accessed the website from my mobile device and it did the same thing. I have had residents be confused and think they need to create a new password, are locked out, etc. Is there a problem or something I need to communicate with our residents?

We're currently working on implementing a fix for this.
Our engineering team found that our system sometimes shows the website to a user as if they’re not authenticated when they are signed in, but have left the page untouched for more than an hour.

I have seen this too and reported it about a week ago.
