Member is not receiving What's Happening emails

I have a resident, Linda Maro who has not been receiving the What's Happening emails. She's tried altering her setings, no success. I've confirmed that she is receiving other e-mail communications from HOA express. Her latest settings appear accurate (screenshot attached). She searched spam folders - nothing there. Help.

We ran an audit on Linda's email address and found it had been placed on a suppression list due to previous messages being reported as spam. Therefore, the What's Happening emails and other emails sent from your website were dropped.
We've removed Linda's email from this list and she should start to receive emails sent from your community's website once again!
Also, we recommend Linda add the "From" email address, "no-reply@senatorshoa.com," to the contact list on her email account. This will whitelist the email address and should avoid emails being marked as spam in the future.
