One of our built in forms fails if you put in a zero in any of the text input boxes for tree counts. If you put anything else in the text box like a number besides zero or "N/A" it works. The form is a single line text input form, so this should not fail. I have tested and a zero in any of the four boxes causes the submission to fail. By fail, I mean we are not presented with a "success" message and we can't see the submission in the history feature.
