Error Message when paying dues online

We've had almost 1/2 of our small community report error messages when attempting to pay the HOA dues online. We had none of these issues last year, which was our first to introduce online payments. I've asked users to clear their cache or change browser, but this has not helped.

It has been reported as the same message each time as “error” when attempting to submit payment. Unfortunately no screen shot has been provided.

Scott Barnes: That's helpful to know, thank you! Would you be able to ask one of them to try to submit a payment for your “2026 Annual HOA Dues," and screenshot the error that appears?
We'll need that information to identify exactly what's triggering that.

Scott Barnes: We're glad to hear that worked for you! It appears your members were using a different link to view this payment option.
Was a different link to make a payment shared with them via a communication (email, text, letter)?

Meredith Owens. We didn’t sent a specific link. When you set up a payment the members just click on the little bell in the upper corner of their account when they login to the site. So whatever link that sends you to is system generated. It worked fine for over half of our members and worked for everyone last year.

Scott Barnes: Thank you for sharing this! After reviewing your website, we noticed that the "Pay HOA Dues Online" link page includes the bad link. We recommend deleting this page and replacing it with the updated link instead.
