Email Link Not Working Correctly

On our home page and other committee pages, the email address displayed on website are not hyperlinked correctly so when someone clicks on the email address it opens a new email message with wrong email address displayed in the "to" line. for ex., [email protected] on website, but email displays board's old email address, or the spelling in email address is incorrect even though it is spelled/displayed correctly on the website. we need this fixed ASAP. No telling how many individuals have emailed us using hyperlinks to create emails, and we have not received the messages. there is at least 4 areas that are incorrect

We've reviewed each of those pages on your website, and this is not a bug with our software, but rather due to a typo when the link was added to the page text.
You can update those links by clicking on the blue "Edit text" button on those pages. This will open the text editor where you can edit the existing link to include the correct email address. Below is an example GIF.

It's been almost a MONTH since I made the above bug report, and not even a response email/msg/text to state the issue is under review. Our assoc is paying for a service where there is obvious issues and we're being alerted to an increase in fees and there's been no resolution to what is a major issue to us, but might seem minor to your company. We have law firms sending emails to a defunct email address that is no longer being monitored thanks to the incorrect links on our website
