Email going to an address I cannot find

We have a user with a Gmail address. Somehow, email is being sent to a Yahoo version of that email, and I cannot figure it out.

Raymond Clark: We removed the full email addresses from our public "Bug reports" board for privacy reasons. Having reviewed the email addresses you shared, we see that only the Gmail address is registered to a profile on your website.
Would you please share which email was sent to the Yahoo version so we can look into this further?
