Email blasts recently displaying wrong on iPhone device

Lately a few emails I have sent, when displaying on an iPhone, the text displays in an odd column and then over to the right further down you can see the application text that is at the bottom of that window. This seems to be with longer emails. See attached photo

In working with the customer, we were unable to replicate this bug. Without being able to replicate this behavior, we're unable to diagnose what is causing the issue.
This could potentially be something specific to the device and not our system.

We tested this on our end and were unable to recreate this issue on that device. Would you please provide us with the version of iOS your device is running?
