Please see domain health report (from mxtoolbox.com) attached. Trying to solve some problems with clients claiming they're not receiving forwards or emails (bulk send to 140 recipients using address list in bcc). I don't think the two reported issues have any effect but it might be beneficial for your tech team to see the generated report for our domain.
I'm not able to attach the report (getting an error from the service you use). However, if you go to mxtoolbox.com, enter in our domain, mill-irond.org you'll get access to all of the data (no cost).

I do not know if this related, but I have been informed that some members of a group defined in the Email Accounts did not receive emails. I've got all my board members assigned their own email address (e.g. president@
.com, secretary@
.com, etc) and then a Board@***.com address defined to FORWARD emails to the individual board email addresses. I can not repeat the failures for when the emails do not get forwarded to individual board members defined in the Board groupMeredith Owens

Would you be able to email our customer success team the report you mentioned so that we can review what you're seeing?

ok - just read about aliases - i'll also try creating a residents@mill-irond.org address with all residents to see if that helps.
