Blast Emails not delivered
under review
Joel Wald
I am the administrator of the Oldfieldassociation.com website, hosted by HOA Express. I scheduled a blast email for publication this morning (7:30 am) entitled “Beautiful Spring in Old Field.” It was targeted to all registered site members. I never received that email. I know that several other site members DID receive it according to the “opened” status in the Communications section of the Admin site, including my wife who did receive it. What happened to the delivery to me? How many others did not get that delivery? How to avoid this in the future since our community uses blast emails quite a lot to communicate to our residents?
Much thanks in advance,
Joel Wald

Hi Joel Wald, thanks for bringing this to our attention. Our platform maintains a very high deliverability rate. All of the reporting on our end shows that the email was delivered successfully to your email address. Did you check whether the email ended up in spam? If so, using Gmail, you can use the “Not spam” button to teach Google that this type of email is not spam—for your account and for others.
It’s also possible the email was accidentally deleted. You can check if this is the case by reviewing your trash on Gmail.
