Back end was malformed error when uploading photo

When trying to upload a single photo, I consistently receive a error stating:
"Oh Snap! The request to the back end was malformed (missing body)"

Update - Using an iPad Air (5th Gen) supported by iPadOS 26.6 and a Safari browser, the target photos were successfully loaded
