in the new beta system, when adding an address outside of the community, it required a unit number. the homeowners address does not have a unit number and it would not let me correctly add his address.
We haven't heard back about this issue and were unable to replicate this from our end.
Requiring a unit number be filled out only applies to addresses "inside" your community. Therefore, would you please provide more information about what exactly they entered and the error message received?
