Reordering form elements without having to scroll

I have a extensive custom form and when wanting to realign line items with the "arrow", it won't let me scroll are far as I want. It stops at the page break. I have to grab the arrow again and scroll to 5-10 items, then it stops I have to grab again and keep doing this until I get to the top.

This will no longer be an issue with the next gen front ends our product team is designing due to fundamental design differences!
In the meantime, if you zoom out of the page on your browser, you should be able to view more form elements to not have to scroll when reordering those fields.

Lines (questions) in forms should be as easily moveable as they are in Google Forms.

I would support this change- I too need to create forms and this makes it easier

This issue is not limited to custom forms. Pages have the same mechanism. Very difficult to use
