Email account saves sent emails as drafts

We're having a recurring problem with the email account. Often when we send emails, the email doesn't get sent, but ends up in the draft folder. Since we don't use this account regularly, unsent emails end up sitting there for a long time. We're aware of this problem and actually wait for the email to send (even checking the Sent folder), but it still shows up as a draft the next time we log in. We are very frustrated by this.

- Which email account is this occurring with? For privacy, please only provide us with the part before the "@" sign.
- Do you recall if this occurred at one point on Thursday, December 7th?
- After sending the message, do you recall whether you saw the "Send message in progress" or the "Message sent successfully" notification?
