Unique URLs for archived communications

It would be super awesome if each archived communication had a unique URL that we could reference back vs. forcing all users to scroll down in sequential order, which often is confusing for readers.

This is a very good request- I would also like the ability to resend communications to individuals when the say they never received.

Good idea. I like to resend emails which is difficult in the current system

this is a great feature enhancement that would simplify the use of the HOA tool for all users.
