Is there any status update on this now that the next gen front end is mostly done as well as the back end? This has been requested for many years now (email notification of payments)

Wayne Kasel: I'd be happy to provide more information about this! First, to clarify, while we've made a lot of progress on our next gen front ends, we still have a while left to go. Our product team has also mentioned that while we haven't yet placed this feature request on our roadmap, they recognize that it's a popular feature request and it’s something they'll consider after completing some of the already in-progress projects they're currently working on!

We already designate a representative when we set up online payment. Simply add a yes or no check box for that person to receive an email every time an online payment is made, and including the payer in the email. You can add other features if needed but this one seems pretty straightforward and would make a HUGE difference to us!

An email option when the payment is made would be very helpful to not have to check the page each day or week….

Having to manually tell our property manager every time a payment comes in (by me checking everyday) is not sustainable. We really need a simple check box that allows us to specify a group or email address to notify with the payment details (who paid, when, how much).

Yes, a notification when a payment is made as well as a summary is crucial for any type of accounting for our treasurer.

A great idea - a very common schedule not available with HOA express.

A weekly or monthly summary of payments or a method of printing out a list by date would be useful for tracking regular payments.
