Based on the information provided in the comments, using the existing "Calendar" page type would meet this need. You can create multiple calendar pages, which would allow you to have one specifically for community activities.

I agree. We would like this feature as well. A calendar for our community activities and another one for reminders of tasks and duties pertaining to the HOA.

I think your need can be met today. You can create multiple calendar instances for different purposes, with unique names and access.

An Activity Calendar or something equivalent would really be a feature or community could use. We have regularly scheduled events and variable events. When these are placed on the current calendar, it becomes cluttered and confusing. Perhaps the current calendar could be expanded or better organized might be a needed feature.
