You can now access form submissions via the new "View submission history" button on any form page. Submissions will be permanently accessible from this point going forward.

Would there be an option for how long to retain these forms? I know our Architectural Review Committee likes to keep requests for 2-3 years to match the terms of the committee (for consistency)

I agree this would be helpful, but could also be achieved by using DropBox or Google Docs

agree. this would useful for tracking architectural review requests from residents like putting up a deck or fence. Without a good mechanism to access these forms we will have to resort to paper forms.

It would be great if the form would fill in something like an excel sheet or google sheet.

Glen VanDerHart: For that functionality, we recommend using Google Forms, which is a free service that integrates with Google Sheets.

Submissions of forms only recorded by receiving an email is not very efficient and is very time consuming.
