Resized photos distorted on mobile devices

Resizing an image in the page editor causes the image to become distorted on mobile devices. I have inserted photos on a text page and on a location page (perhaps others). After resizing the image to make it smaller, it continues to look perfect on my computer (and ipad, I think), but on my cell phone, the image is stretched vertically. When I reinsert the image without resizing, it looks fine on my cell phone.

This is a software bug, and I would hope that you would report it to the developer of the text editor.

Gina Arasin: Our product team is communicating this to the provider of our current text editor. We will also be moving to a different text editor with the next gen front ends we're developing!

If you upload a photo to the text editor and resize it from there, then the editor will add its own styling to the image. This may or may not cause issues on mobile. I'm afraid since the text editor isn't built by our company, we don't have access to change that.

Yeah, they're not particularly mobile-friendly sites

Jamie Kinn: Every community website is 100% mobile friendly, and designed to look and work great on mobile devices!

Meredith Owens: nope. Nearly impossible to update/edit page text on Android. Pages definitely don't look right, often either mis-sized (yeah, I know, not really a word) or incomplete. The website is mobile-accessible, but most definitely NOT "100% mobile friendly"! (Which you literally just said in your "closed" post, above!)
