Can't add attachments in email communications

Since a few days I can't add attachments in emails. The button simply does not respond. Please advise. Best wishes, Peter

Thank you for your response. I tried to connect the document today again which went as usual, so problem solved (not sure how though....) Best wishes, Peter

Peter Ton: To help us look into this further, please email the following information to our customer success team:
- What browser and operating system you're using.
- What exactly happens when you click on the "Choose file(s)..." button on the "Send Email" page.
- Have you tried this using a different browser?
- If so, which one(s) have you tried? Also, please let us know if you experienced the same behavior or not.
