Beta Admin Portal does not recognize CSV file

When attempting to import members in the beta Admin Portal, an error message is received that the system doesn't recognize the uploaded document as a CSV file.
In the Admin Control Panel, the same file was uploaded, and those members were imported without issue.

I'm on Windows 10, using Chrome. I also tried in Chrome incognito mode, in case an extension was messing with things.
I'm happy to get on a call or something to demonstrate/troubleshoot if that would help.

Chandler Newby: We attempted to recreate this issue on Windows 10 + Chrome, but were still unable. Do you mind sharing the steps you used to create the CSV upload file? Are you using a spreadsheet editor to create it, like Excel?
